Our ATMIST Handover Prompt Card has been designed by serving our team of HCPC registered Paramedics with input from CCPs (Critical Care Paramedics) who have had many years of experience in handling time-critical patients. The prompt card has been specifically constructed to eliminate inappropriate tick-boxing whilst providing plenty of free text. It serves as a tool to assist medics of all clinical grades with providing a rapid, accurate handover of the time critical patient.
We recommend using this aide-memoire with a permanent fine-tip marker to prevent smudging. To clean the card after use, we suggest using both a clinel wipe and a small part of alcohol gel.
