This Obs/NEWS2 (National Early Warning System) Prompt Card has been designed by serving HCPC registered Paramedics. This prompt card is there to assist medics of all grades to record all main patient observations with 4 time periods to help identify improvement/deterioration with a marking chart to help identify the patients NEWS score and possibly help identify patients on the SEPSIS pathway.

A6 in size (105 x 148mm)
6mm curved edges
760 micron thickness
Flexible, robust (nevertear)
IPC compliant
In line with nhs improvement and jrcalc guidelines
please note; the product might differ slightly to the image shown I.E.: colour brightness. The card might also arrive with a mild curvature. This is not a defect, but due to the heating process used to manufacture our cards.
