This Major Incident Reporting (METHANE) Prompt Card has been designed by serving HCPC registered Paramedics with input from OTLs (Operational Team Leaders) Who have experience in scene management and major incidents. The prompt card is there to assist medics of all grades during a major incident / possible major incident with easy to follow prompts with supporting space for annotations.

A6 in size (105 x 148mm)
6mm curved edges
760 micron thickness
Flexible, robust (nevertear)
IPC compliant
In line with nhs improvement and jrcalc guidelines
please note; the product might differ slightly to the image shown I.E.: colour brightness. The card might also arrive with a mild curvature. This is not a defect, but due to the heating process used to manufacture our cards.
